Founded in 2026, Black Rose Strategies is a grassroots political firm. We partner with campaigns, candidates, and community organizations to expand civic participation. That means pairing an evidence-based strategy with the on-the-ground activation that actually moves voters. Our work is strategic, efficient, and culturally rooted, designed to help our partners lead with confidence and win with purpose.

Galvin Shamburger
Founder, Black Rose Strategies
Galvin is a political strategist with a decade of experience in organizing, advocacy, and civic engagement, specializing in grassroots mobilization and data-driven voter outreach.
He has led field operations at every level: as Georgia Field Director for Action for the Climate Emergency, as Regional Field Director on Warnock for U.S. Senate and on Stacey Abrams' One Georgia gubernatorial committee, and in field leadership on Cherelle Parker's winning campaign for Mayor of Philadelphia.
He has built coalitions, managed high-performing field teams, and run programs that expand civic participation. As Founder of Black Rose Strategies, he leads statewide and nationwide voter and youth engagement work.
